Sprecher + Schuh is your preferred builder for custom motor control panels. Our panel shop builds a wide variety of custom controls from small and simple two starter enclosures, to large complex multi-softstarter, in single or double door panel styles. Our knowledgeable team can design your panel for custom applications to meet UL/cUL, CSA, ATEX, CE and various other standards.

Custom Control panels are available in a wide variety of custom combinations and configurations. We work with you closely and custom orders can also be accompanied by approval drawings and schematics.

Combination Starters

Many customers request modifications not specifically detailed in our catalog, or that require custom wiring diagrams. Our quotations and engineering staff will work with you one-on-one to develop a custom panel(s) to suit your specific needs. Detailed CAD drawings and diagrams can be provided for review and approval for orders requiring "drawings for approval".

Our location in the Gulf Coast of the United States gives us a large oil and gas customer base. Explosion Proof Enclosures can include an exotic array of modifications, including viewing windows, over size enclosures, and specialty front of panel controls. Compliance with UL and ATEX standards are commonplace for our team. Our Quality Control team is dedicated to ensuring your panels meet or exceed required standards.

Multi-speed custom controls
Multi-Speed & Reduced Voltage Starters

Sprecher + Schuh panel shops build various types of Multi-Speed and Reduced Voltage starters, including Part-Winding, Wye-Delta, Reduced Voltage Autotransformer (RVAT) and electronic softstarters, all designed and built for 3- to 12-wire motor connections in Combination (Fusible and Circuit Breaker) models with a wide variety of modifications.

We build Multi-Motor Starter Panels with many KT Motor Circuit Controllers and Contactors, or a combination of other components. These panels can be designed for mounting on DIN-Rails or 3-Phase Power Bus Systems. Variations can include multiple softstarters in a double door enclosure.
