What are the low energy ratings of the PCS or PF soft starter auxiliary contacts? Can they be used with electronics?

Answer:

• PF auxiliary contacts: Rated for 10mA at 5V, this would be acceptable at 5mA at 17V.
• PCS and PCE auxiliary contacts: Rated for 10mA at 5V, this would be acceptable at 5mA at 17V.

Note:These are ok because higher voltages allow breakthrough of any films, even at a lower current.

PCS And PCE External Auxiliary Contacts:

• PCS-PA-10, -PA20: Rated for 100uA at 100mV, no problem for low energy
• PCS-PA-01, -PA11: Rated for 100mA at 12V, these could be a problem at 5mA at 17V DC
